Bass Player, Sessions, Deps, Teaching
Hi, and welcome to my website.
I'm a Bass player and teacher, based in The Midlands, UK, centrally located between Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Derby and Nottingham.
I have over 35 years experience as a Bassist, and over 25 years of bass teaching experience.
Currently, I am the MD and Bass player with a Kate Bush tribute band (Them Heavy People) and a Shania Twain tribute band (UP! to NOW), band leader for a Tina Turner tribute (Kinisha), as well as playing bass with a Phil Collins, Simply Red, Amy Winehouse, and David Bowie tribute bands. I'm also first call dep for Kals Kats, a 10 piece multi faceted band that covers everything from Swing, Jump Jive, Motown, Peaky Blinders, 20's, 40's events and more.
I regularly do dep, or session work for many function and tribute bands, and also play in 'pit' bands when required for shows around the Midlands.
I am available for dep work, should you need a Bass player to fill in as a one-off, or a regular slot.
